1. In cement pipes, steel pipes or plastic pipes with an aperture of 90mm and above, three or more sub-pipes should be laid at one time between two (hand) holes according to design regulations.
2. Sub-pipes shall not be laid across man (hand) holes, and sub-pipes shall not have joints in the duct.
3. The protruding length of the sub-pipe in the human (hand) hole is generally 200-400mm; the unused pipe holes and sub-pipe holes in this phase of the project should be blocked in time according to the design requirements.
4. When the optical cable is threaded in various pipes, the inner diameter of the pipe should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the optical cable.
5. Manual laying of optical cables shall not exceed 1000m. The airflow laying of optical cable generally does not exceed 2000m in one direction.
6. The optical cable after laying should be straight, without twisting, without crossing, without obvious scratches and damages. After laying, it should be fixed according to the design requirements.
7. The optical cable shall not be bent within 150mm of the outlet hole.
8. The sub-tube or silicon core tube occupied by the optical cable should be blocked with a special plug.
9. The overlapping length reserved for laying the optical cables on both sides of the optical cable joint should meet the design requirements. After the connection is completed, the remaining length of the optical cable should be coiled and fixed neatly in the manhole according to the design requirements.
10. According to the access needs of the duct optical cable, the middle entry hole is reserved according to the design requirements.
