Our common overhead(Aerial) optical cable mainly include: ADSS, OPGW, figure 8 fiber cable, FTTH drop cable, GYFTA, GYFTY, GYXTW, etc. When working overhead, you must pay attention to the safety protection of working at heights.

After the aerial optical cable is laid, it should be naturally straight and free from tension, stress, torsion, and mechanical damage.

The hook program of the optical cable should be selected according to the design requirements. The distance between the cable hooks should be 500mm, and the allowable deviation is ±30mm. The buckle direction of the hook on the hanging wire should be consistent, and the hook supporting plate should be installed completely and neatly.

The first hook on both sides of the pole should be 500mm away from the pole, and the allowable deviation is ±20mm

For the laying of suspended overhead optical cables, a telescopic reservation should be made on every 1 to 3 poles. The telescopic reserve hangs 200mm between the cable ties on both sides of the pole. The telescopic reserved installation method shall meet the requirements. A protective tube should also be installed where the optical cable passes through a cross suspension wire or a T-shaped suspension wire.
