Air blown cable possesses high tensile strength and flexibility in compact cable sizes. At the same time, it provides excellent optical transmission and physical performance. Micro Blown Cables are designed to be used with the Microduct system and installed using a blowing machine for long installations. It is constructed of Fibres inside multiple gel filled loose tubes which range from 12 fibre to 576 fibre cable.

Test Requirements

Approved by various professional optical and communication product institution, GL FIBER also conduct various in-house testing in its own Laboratory and Test Center. We also conduct test with special arrangement with the Chinese Government Ministry of Quality Supervision & Inspection Center of Optical Communication Products (QSICO). GL FIBER possess the technology to keep its fiber attenuation loss within Industry Standards.
The cable is in accordance with applicable standard of cable and requirement of customer.

 Packing and Marking

1. Each single length of cable shall be reeled on Wooden Drum
2. Covered by plastic buffer sheet
3. Sealed by strong wooden battens
4. At least 1 m of inside end of cable will be reserved for testing.
Drum length: Standard drum length is 2000m±2%; or 3KM or 4km
Drum Marking: can according to the requirement in the technical specification
